This role is apart of the front-line customer service staff for Summer Conference Operations. They assist in servicing the needs of summer conference guests housed in the University of Memphis residence halls and apartments.
Responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to customer service, overseeing desk activities, responding to emergencies, and serving in an on-call capacity.
