Welcome to the UofM Lactation Room Registration Survey. The purpose of this survey is to ensure safety, privacy, and accessibility of the lactation rooms for new mothers seeking to maintain breastfeeding/lactation after birth or adoption. The information collected in the survey will be used only for the purposes of improving lactation support on campus.
The survey takes about 2-5 minutes to complete. All those wishing to use lactation rooms
must register with UofM for reasons already stated.
Registration includes:
- providing basic information
- watching a video
- taking a quiz
- acknowledging room policy
