Welcome to the College of Education Self-Advising Form! 

This form is only for undergraduate College of Education students majoring in Human Development and Learning or Integrative Studies-Secondary Mathematics who are enrolling in Junior I, Junior I1, or Residency I classes OR Integrative Studies Majors (Educational Services) in their last three semesters of the program.

Students pursuing teacher licensure majors (Human Development & Learning, and Integrative Studies-Secondary Mathematics) enrolling in Junior II must be admitted to TEP by November 1.  Otherwise, your graduation date may be delayed.  Residency 1 students must be admitted to TEP by February 15.

Please note it may take 3-5 business days for your form to be processed. Once processed, your academic advisor will send an email to your university email account. You, the academic advisor, will either confirm that the courses listed on your form are correct, OR your advisor will recommend courses that you should enroll in (instead of the courses you listed). Your advising pin will be cleared for registration after your form has been processed.
