CDFS (UNIV 4110/2110) Permit Requests

This form is to request internship permits for any of the following concentrations: Child Development & Family Studies, Child Life Specialist, Early Care and Learning, Early Intervention Specialist, Early Care and Learning Administration

Once you submit your request, you will need to schedule a time to meet with Professor Guntharp. Please email her sgunthrp@memphis.edu to schedule a meeting regarding your internship placement.

Your patience is appreciated. Professor Guntharp will contact you once your permit has been issued which will allow you to add the course to your schedule. There is sufficient time to issue your permit prior to the start of the semester (please review Semester Dates & Deadlines Calendars).

Please do not request a permit from our college or your academic advisor, Ms. Debbie Wyatt. Only Professor Guntharp can issue your permit for the internship. Again, your patience is appreciated.
